Stellar Gym has a full range of classes designed especially for children 18 months on up. Adults can work with their children in the preschool “Me and my kid” class, or older children may start their experience in the tots program or other beginner classes, depending on the child’s age.

We offer both boys and girls classes and experiences in tumbling, trampoline and rock climbing. All classes are taught by trained professionals who dedicate their time to helping children enjoy learning new skills and develop a sense of accomplishment while working in our gym.

Does your child love to dance?

We now have a new Gymrhythm class that is mainly dance moves combined with a few basic gymnastics skills. No prior experience in gym or dance is needed!

Boys and girls who enjoy other sports will benefit from our new Fitness Program which is designed to further their development in their chosen sports by developing better balance, muscle strength and flexibility. We do this by using available equipment to achieve further conditioning in a safe and healthful manner. Pre-pubescent children are not able to use weight machines etc. for such purposes as this would pose a significant health risk, but the use of the body as the resistance is proven to be a safe and effective method of accomplishing the above goals. We guarantee results in a fun program that can be done in the off-season of many sports and it will greatly compliment your child’s development in their love of sports and exercise in general.

A birthday celebrated at Stellar Gym can be more fun than you can imagine!

All the equipment including the rock wall, the trampoline and our fun bounce house are at your disposal! Supervision, set-up, clean-up and decorations are provided. Reservations are required, so call soon as spaces fill quickly!

Are you unable to commit to scheduled classes, but want to come and play with us? Then try our Open Gym option, or set up a field trip for your group! For open gym, you can come play in our foam pit, jump on the trampoline and traverse the obstacle course to your heart’s content. Bring some friends and enjoy some indoor fun-especially is the weather isn’t great outside! Times available are: Monday and Friday from 12:15 until 1:45 and on Saturday from 11 until 1.

We have a set schedule for classes that you may get more information on by calling us at 273- 3680. If a group of people want any other times than those currently available, we may be able to form a new class just for you! Give us a call and let us help give your child an experience that will nurture them for life as they grow and develop over the years ahead.
